This request form is only valid for requesting transcripts for courses that have been completed through the Center for Professional Development at Northwest Nazarene University. If you took concurrent credit classes while in high school, religion course of study, undergraduate courses, or degree seeking graduate courses through NNU please request a transcript at https://nnu.edu/academics/student-support/registrar/.

Do you need an official transcript?

The Idaho State Department of Education (SDE) accepts Unofficial Transcripts. The SDE requests that you obtain an Unofficial Transcript and include it in your renewal application packet. Identify the Destination Email Address as your own email address. Once you receive the email with the attached Unofficial Transcript, print the transcript and include it in your packet.
