Tickets will be mailed out prior to the performance. However, the week of the performance they can be picked up at the ticket counter the night of the performance.
Return/Refund requests will be considered on an individual case-by-case basis, when accompanied by email acknowledgment of receipt.
Your order will be processed/shipped within 2 business days after your payment has cleared. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
